End of School Year Arrangements

SCHOOL YEAR 2009-2010
END OF YEAR ARRANGEMENTS – for Parents/Students

24-28 May 2010		MHS Exams (half day schedule for MHS students, normal schedule for Elementary students)

27th May 2010		Elementary Student clearances – deadline for the forms is TODAY. Students will be required to stay on campus to finalise signatures and submit the form. All students and parents will be reminded to meet this deadline.

28th May 2010		Final day of MHS exams
		MHS Clearances – deadline for the forms is TODAY. Students will be required to stay on campus to finalise signatures and submit the form. All students and parents will be reminded to meet this deadline.

31st May		Last day of school: End of Year Awards Production. Awards given to non-graduating classes on this day. Students are dismissed by 12 noon.

1st June		Rehearsals for K2, Grade 5, Grade 8 and Grade 12 Graduating students

2nd June		Seniors Breakfast (RSVP required, optional for IB DP teachers) at Marco Polo.

		8.30am - Final Elementary Graduation Rehearsal, at Marco Polo
		10am - Final MHS Graduation Rehearsal, at Marco Polo
		2 pm - Elementary Graduation
		5 pm – MHS Graduation
