Math (Pre-School to Grade 12)
CIS Mathematics reflects the recent developments and trends in mathematics education to meet the challenges of the 21st century. It emphasizes conceptual understanding, skill proficiencies and thinking skills in the teaching and learning of mathematics. Students develop their competence in numeracy, logical reasoning, spatial visualization, analysis, problem solving and abstract thought through the learning, application, and communication of mathematics.
