ART ELEMENTARY
This program emphasizes creative play through educational, effective and enjoyable activities thereby enhancing not only the students’ artistic development but also their self-esteem and creative thinking. This helps to develop decision-making skills and appreciation of others as individuals. With the use of varied media children are given the opportunity to experiment, discover, imagine and express their original ideas in a free and open environment. Our teachers are facilitators of children’s thoughts
communicated through art form.
Middle School / High School Art
Students are taught the elements and principles of design. The different types of balance and how to use variety, harmony, emphasis and proportion in an artwork. They apply the concepts of these elements and principles in creating various art an
example of which is three-dimensional art forms.
They also learn how to view and understand works of art. They are taught to perceive artwork through different points of view. They learn to examine artwork according to a range of aesthetic views and explore a number of sources from which artists get
ideas to create an artwork.
